O’Connor Company completed a comprehensive project at The Village Chapel, which encompassed two main aspects. The first involved the refurbishment of The Village Chapel Sanctuary, including mold remediation. The second aspect entailed the construction of a new 10,500 sq ft Multi-Use Classroom/Youth Building on the existing historic church site. This building features parking areas, a courtyard, and underground drainage systems, with structural steel and wood framing, brick exterior walls, a slate roof, and copper flashing. It is fully equipped with modern amenities such as LED lighting, HVAC control wiring, and various outlets, ensuring a comfortable and functional space for the community.
