The project included new construction of a two-story office and loading dock building, a maintenance facility, and a guard shack, along with significant site infrastructure improvements.
Utilities were extended throughout the site, and the maintenance building was constructed using pre-engineered metal building systems with high-efficiency HVAC, LED lighting, and backup power to support uninterrupted operations. The fully secured facility was equipped with comprehensive site lighting and surveillance systems, ensuring safety, functionality, and reliability across the campus.
