North Carolina Manufacturing Facility

O’Connor Company completed the construction of a spacious 36,771 sq ft office and manufacturing facility on a five-acre site. The facility includes a combination of manufacturing space and office areas, all designed to meet user’s operational needs. It features modern amenities, efficient infrastructure, and environmental considerations such as stormwater management, including a 452’ x 14’ keystone retaining wall and a stormwater retention pond. The building is fully sprinklered and climate-controlled, with power drops for workstations, a compressed air loop system, and various electrical services to support operations.
