OU Boces Arden Hill

O’Connor Company completed the renovation of a 14,000 sq. ft. area on the third floor of the Orange-Ulster BOCES Arden Hill campus in Goshen, NY. The project included the installation of a new hydronic FCU HVAC system, along with updated electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.

Additionally, the remodel featured upgraded finishes, enhanced classrooms, and renovated restrooms, as well as improved student and staff areas.
