Pinehurst Fire Department

Built to support first responders, this 16,000 sq. ft. facility includes 4 double-loaded bays, training areas, administrative offices, sleep quarters, and a full kitchen. Designed with durability in mind, the pre-engineered metal building (P.E.M.B.) structure with brick veneer ensures long-term performance. Every detail was constructed for efficiency, safety, and reliability!

Work included, but not limited to brick, cmu, metal studs, gypsum board, concrete, P.E.M.B., low slope roof, VCT, composition tile, hard tile, mechanical, electrical, fire suppression, and plumbing systems, site work, fire department notification and radio systems.
