Pinehurst No. 8 Clubhouse

O’Connor Company completed a full renovation of the Pinehurst No. 8 Clubhouse, including the bar, restaurant, pro shop, and locker rooms. The architect reconfigured the layout to better serve the owner’s vision, featuring expanded locker rooms, a relocated bar with views of the golf course, and a larger pro shop. The new bar was custom-built from black walnut, while the bar and restaurant ceilings were constructed with onsite-crafted maple plywood millwork. The renovation also included updated lighting throughout the facility.
