O’Connor Company carried out extensive renovations at multiple schools, including classrooms, restrooms, common areas, cafeterias, and major sitework, all while the schools were occupied.

At Dorothy Nolan, the project included a kitchen addition, renovations of the scullery and cafeteria, new office spaces, a conference room, interior hallways, six classrooms, multiple sets of bathrooms, and exterior improvements for stormwater drainage.

At Greenfield, the renovations involved a complete rework of exterior parking areas, new underground stormwater systems, six classrooms, multiple sets of student and staff restrooms, kitchen and cafe upgrades, all exterior entrances, and administrative office spaces.
