Southern Pines Brewing Company

O’Connor Company converted a portion of an existing industrial building into the primary brewing facility for Southern Pines Brewery. The scope of work included the installation of a new drain system, which required removing and replacing significant sections of the concrete floor. The project also included new water lines, a reverse osmosis filtration system, and a new 1,200-amp electrical system to support brewing operations. O’Connor worked in coordination with the brewery team to ensure proper equipment installation and alignment with their operational plan. The completed facility features dedicated spaces for manufacturing, lab work, offices, and a tasting room.
